Can you access or withdraw my funds? ▼
No. We only receive your API keys with trading permissions. You should create the key on Aster DEX with withdrawal permissions explicitly disabled. The agent can place and cancel orders but has zero ability to move funds out of your account. Your capital stays in your Aster DEX account at all times.
What returns can I expect? ▼
We don't guarantee returns. Perpetual futures trading carries real risk of loss. The performance data shown on this page is based on our internal testing and demo runs. Live market conditions vary. Conservative risk profiles typically have lower drawdowns but also lower upside. Do not deposit more than you can afford to lose.
What happens in a losing month? ▼
You pay nothing. The 20% performance fee is only charged on profitable months. We also use a high-water mark: if the agent is down from a previous peak, it must recover that loss before any new performance fee applies. Your $200 setup fee is the only guaranteed cost.
Which symbols does the agent trade? ▼
By default: BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, and HYPE perpetuals on Aster DEX. The agent avoids symbols with abnormally high funding rates (which indicate crowded positions). You can request to customise the symbol list after onboarding.
Can I pause or stop the agent? ▼
Yes. Message @PerpXAI on Telegram at any time to pause, resume, or permanently stop your agent. You can also revoke the API key directly on Aster DEX at any time — the agent will instantly lose access to your account.
What is the minimum capital to start? ▼
We recommend a minimum of $500 to make the setup fee worthwhile relative to potential returns. The agent's risk parameters are designed for accounts between $500 and $50k. For very large accounts (>$100k), message us to discuss a custom risk configuration.
How do I see what the agent is doing? ▼
You get two visibility layers: (1) Telegram alerts for every trade entry, exit, and significant event. (2) A live dashboard link showing your equity curve, open positions, P&L history, win rate, and the agent's signal feed. The dashboard updates every 5 seconds.
